What is Prana?
Prana is sanskrit for life force energy. This life force energy also known as vitality is a universal energy that we have access to at all moments. Prana can be cultivated through various techniques, such as running, in order to increase vitality in our body.
Providing workout plans that fit to your schedule and goals. My goal as a coach is to restore or strengthen the love of endurance sport (run, bike, and/or swim) via scientific training principles and proper foundational breathing patterns using Oxygen Advantage certified techniques.
My mission is to positively transform lives through the gift of running in order to help bring humanity to a higher state of consciousness
